Stop Sweating and Start Living - Mike Ramsey

I have absolutely no hesitation in saying "Stop Sweating and Start Living" will soon put antiperspirant companies out of business.

I was reluctant at first to endorse any product but this book was different because the remedies it suggests are all-natural and target the root causes of problem sweating.

My only complaint about the book is that it is only available as an instant access ebook. You won't find it in your bookstore or Amazon.com, but I'm sure the instant download feature is popular with people overseas and those who want to get started right away.

I strongly recommend "Stop Sweating and Start Living" to anyone who sweats excessively in the underarm, hand, foot, face or back areas.

- James Chambers

It's another day at work and you are still wondering how you will ever stop the sweat from rolling down from your underarms. It begins before you even get to work - sometimes as soon as you step out of the shower.

If someone had the answer to how to stop sweat - you want to know it and now. You're tired of wearing black shirts sweaters jackets and loose fitting garments to hide the underarm wetness.

Antiperspirants have failed you. You've tried the best antiperspirants and the strongest antiperspirants and while sometimes you have a short bout of relief it is typically short lived and you are back to sweating again. You may have even gotten frustrated by very uncomfortable underarms from prescription antiperspirants.

Many people think that the body sweats because it is trying to cool the body. This is true but this is not the bodies primary defense against heat. When sweat glands are working correctly the pores should open allowing the body to cool.

It is only because we use products on our skin such as antiperspirants that close our sweat glands and cause them to malfunction that we sweat. So if you are still wondering how to stop sweat perhaps the question lies getting your sweat glands back to normal working order. Natural remedies are the first place to start your quest.

Foods we eat can also increase sweating and your diet should be examined as well. Watch for sweating patterns and the time of day when you sweat more. You may begin to notice that certain types of food increase your sweating. A journal is a great way to find out what foods trigger sweating problems.
