Heavy Sweating Due to Anxiety

Heavy Sweating Author
James Chambers

There are many descriptions for heavy sweating:

"anxious sweating"

"nervous sweating"

"social sweating"

Call it what you want but heavy sweating due to anxiety is a common condition that affects more people than you know. For some the heavy sweating doesn't begin until they are standing at the front of a room full of people. Others can just think about having to interact with an attractive person and the sweating starts.

Stop Sweating and Start Living - Mike Ramsey

I have absolutely no hesitation in saying "Stop Sweating and Start Living" is going to put antiperspirant companies out of business.

I was reluctant at first to endorse any product but this book was different because the remedies it suggests are all-natural and target the root causes of problem sweating.

My only complaint about the book is that it is only available as a downloadable ebook and not as a paperback. It's not available on Amazon or anywhere else. But the instant download feature is probably popular with people overseas and those who want to get started right away.

I strongly recommend "Stop Sweating and Start Living" to anyone who sweats excessively in the underarm, hand, foot, face or back areas.

In any case heavy sweating can lead to depression social anxiety and general ill health due to anxiousness over the problem. Being on edge all of the time is common for those with this problem. Constantly checking their underarms or hands for signs of sweat. Constantly aware of who is watching them and trying to avoid people.

It is widely believed that heavy sweating is a mental condition while others belief that stress causes heat causing one to sweat excessively. In any event sweating and anxiety are a common combination.

But is the heavy sweating really caused by anxiety or is anxiety one of the many triggers that brings heavy sweating on? Often there are underlying root causes that if dealt with will eliminate the heavy sweating problem altogether. When the root cause of sweating is effectively treated triggers like nervousness will cause no or mild sweating at best.

So what are the root causes of excessive sweating? The foods we eat toxins products we use and apply to our skin ingest or inject can all be problems. Finding eliminating and controlling these root causes is the key to dealing with heavy sweating due to anxiety.

Jeff is a gentleman that came to me with a sweating problem last year and he was convinced that his condition was due to his inability to control his anxiety. He would often have panic attacks and anxious episodes. Being in front of people was an issue and sweating typically followed.

One spring Jeff began a new diet to lose a few pounds before summer. While on his diet he cut back on a lot of foods including sugar. After dieting for a few weeks he noticed that his sweating problem had disappeared. After years of sweating could his sweet tooth been the cause. Indeed it was. While he still got nervous and had panic attacks he never sweat during these episodes again.

Am I saying that sugar is the cause of sweating? It can be but it is only one of the many root causes of sweating - many of which aren't diet related.
